Sunday trip

Yesterday my brother and his girlfriend moved back to Umeå. Me and my parents helped them to carry all the furnitures and I'm happy to have them here and I will try to see them as often as I can until we move to France next year.

Today me, my darling and my parents made a small trip to Baggböle herrgård where they have plants from all over the world and a nice view over the river. You can just walk around and enjoy the sound of the water and the calmness of the place. I was wearing comfy clothes such as a long skirt and a fringe t-shirt combined with my new red sneakers.

Hier mon frère et sa copine sont revenus s'installer à Umeå. Je suis vraiment heureuse de leur choix et vais essayer de les voir aussi souvent que possible avant de quitter la Suède l'année prochaine.

Aujourd'hui, mes parents, mon chéri et moi sommes allés à Baggböle herrgård où nous avons pu admirer un jardin composé de plantes qui proviennent des quatre coins de la planète et nous promener sur les bords de la rivière locale. Je portais pour l'occasion une tenue confortable composée notamment d'un t-shirt à franges, d'une jupe longue et de mes nouvelles sneakers rouges.

Nelly & Nellie

Today we could actually go outside without being cold which is a big improvement here in the north of Sweden. It's always windy here (hate it) but I still wanted to wear a thin skirt with my top from Nelly. That was not the best idea... I had to hold on to it during the whole time for the wind not to show my little pale ass to everyone ;) The good idea on the other hand was to go to a place where our dog Nellie could have a swim in the water and cool down, it's not easy when you are an old lady with thick fur in the sun. She really enjoyed it and that makes me happy.

Aujourd'hui nous avons enfin pu sortir sans avoir froid ce qui est un net progrès ici dans le nord de la Suède. Il fait toujours du vent (je déteste ça) mais je voulais absolument porter une jupe fine avec mon haut de chez Nelly. Ce n'est pas la meilleure idée que j'ai pu avoir... J'ai dû la retenir pendant toute l'après-midi pour éviter que le vent ne montre mon petit derrière pâle à tout le monde :) La bonne idée en revanche, fût d'aller à un endroit où nous avons pu laisser notre chienne Nellie se baigner pour se rafraîchir. Ce n'est pas facile de rester au soleil quand on est une vieille fille avec une épaisse fourrure. Elle a vraiment apprécié et c'est bien là le principal.
