The evening before France

We're spending some busy days in France right now but I thought I would catch up and upload some posts I haven't put on my blog yet. I will tell you later how everything's going here. It's good news anyway! :)

The evening before we went to France we spent an evening at my brother's place. Of course sushi, wine and a lot of candy was on the menu :) Our cousin Anneli also came and we all watched the final show before Eurovision Song Contest to see what song that will represent Sweden this year. The winner was not my favourite but it's not bad at all and it will be fun to see what the other countries think of it.

The interview

Here's some pictures from our interview in a swedish newspaper. Not the best pictures but you'll get the point :) It's a bit strange to see ourselves like that but it was a really nice experience. I would definitely do it again. Again thanks to VK for the opportunity!

Saturday saturday

On saturday we went to see some of our friends to watch the swedish auditions for this year's Eurovision Song Contest. My friends are really into this and it's always fun to go there and watch it together. We sometimes even make a contest our selves where we rank the songs to see who could guess which song that actually wins. How about you? Do you follow the Eurovision Song Contest? When the final takes place we will be in France and it will be interesting to see if I have to watch it myself or if I can persuade anyone to watch it with me ;)

This little guy has stolen my heart

Hi everyone! Remember me?! ;)

This is just crazy, I think it's been six months since I updated my blog the last time. My excuses? Well, as I wrote in one of my last posts some really bad things happend when we were on vacation in France. Shortly after that my french studies also started. This time has been quite hard. I've been really busy and I also needed to take time for myself to get back on my feet.

At this moment a lot of things has changed and we are really close to move to France. My aim is to update my blog from now on and let you be able to follow me and my little family to our new home. My family that now has a new member. His name is Kingston and he wants to say hello! :)

Bonjour tout le monde! Vous vous souvenez de moi?! ;)

Sunday trip

Yesterday my brother and his girlfriend moved back to Umeå. Me and my parents helped them to carry all the furnitures and I'm happy to have them here and I will try to see them as often as I can until we move to France next year.

Today me, my darling and my parents made a small trip to Baggböle herrgård where they have plants from all over the world and a nice view over the river. You can just walk around and enjoy the sound of the water and the calmness of the place. I was wearing comfy clothes such as a long skirt and a fringe t-shirt combined with my new red sneakers.
