Here's some pictures from our interview in a swedish newspaper. Not the best pictures but you'll get the point :) It's a bit strange to see ourselves like that but it was a really nice experience. I would definitely do it again. Again thanks to VK for the opportunity!

Voici quelques photos de notre interview accordée à un journal suédois. Pas forcément les plus beaux clichés, mais vous comprendrez pourquoi :) C'est un peu étrange de nous voir dans la presse, mais ce fût une expérience très enrichissante. Je recommencerais volontiers. Ride to France

Happy tuesday everyone! We're now staying at my parents house in my hometown Lycksele. Enjoying, relaxing and waiting to go to France next sunday to look for our future home. The move from our apartment was quite though, you never realize how many things you actually have until you're moving. Even if we have thrown away a lot of our stuff we still have a lot left and it's been difficult to find space for everything here in the house.

For our move to France we have bought a big (and hopefully reliable) car. It's a Volvo 855, T5 and we're hoping that it will take us all the way to France in april.

Joyeux mardi à tous ! Nous voici maintenant chez mes parents, dans ma ville natale de Lycksele. La décontraction est à l'ordre du jour en attendant de nous rendre en France pour rechercher notre futur appartement. Le déménagement fût difficile...on ne réalise jamais l'ampleur de ce qu'on possède jusqu'au moment de faire ses cartons! Même si nous avons jeté un nombre incalculable de choses, la maison de mes parents semble pleine à craquer.

Pour notre grand voyage, nous avons acheté une énorme (et espérons le, fiable) voiture. C'est une Volvo 855 T5 et nous croisons les doigts pour qu'elle nous amène jusqu'à destination en avril.

The future as we know it

So what is really going on in my life right now? Well, we're moving out from our apartment on saturday, my parents are coming to help us and then we'll stay in their house until the 10th of march when we'll go to France to try to find an apartment in the beautiful city Vendôme. I have finished my job and my french studies and now it's time to go to France and really learn the language and at the same time enjoy the new country. I'm so excited to move and start a new life over there. I really want to thank my boyfriend for making all of this possible and for working hard everyday to be able to support the both of us until I've found a job. He's so generous and nice, simply the best boyfriend I could have.

Other than that we have been interviewed by a newspaper here in Sweden about our relationship and our move to another country and it will be out in stores on Friday, it will be really cool to see ourselves in the newspaper and we want to thank VK for the opportunity.

Quoi de neuf dans ma vie? Et bien nous allons déménager ce samedi. Mes parents devraient venir nous donner un coup de main et nous accueillir ensuite chez eux jusqu'à notre départ en France le 10 mars. Ce sera alors le moment de chercher un appartement dans la magnifique ville de Vendôme. J'ai démissioné, terminé mes cours de Français et le temps d'entrer en contact avec une nouvelle culture et de m'épanouir dans un autre pays est venu. Je suis tellement excitée de commencer une nouvelle vie là-bas. J'aimerais sincérement remercier mon copain qui fait tout pour faire de ce projet une réalité et qui travaille d'arrache-pied tous les jours pour subvenir à nos besoins jusqu'à ce que je puisse retrouver un travail. Il est tellement généreux et adorable, tout simplement le meilleur partenaire dont je puisse rêver.

En outre, nous avons été interviewés par une journaliste à propos de notre relation et de notre volonté de changer de pays. L'article sortira vendredi dans toutes les librairies de la région. Nous voir dans un journal devrait être amusant et nous remercions VK pour cette opportunité.

French football and wine with friends

We have started a new kind of tradition these last couple of weeks. As my boyfriend is a huge fan of Paris-Saint-Germain (and I'm starting to become one too) we like to get together with friends to watch all their games and enjoy some glasses of wine or some beers. This friday they played against Bastia and the luck was on our side and PSG won 3 - 1. When we move to France my boyfriend will offer me the PSG-shirt with Zlatan, our swedish pride, and I will be sure to wear it every game.

Depuis quelques semaines, nous avons lancé une nouvelle tradition. Mon copain étant fan du Paris-Saint-Germain (et le devenant moi-même), nous nous réunissons avec des amis pour regarder les rencontres et boire quelques verres de vin ou quelques bières. Ce vendredi Paris affrontait Bastia et la chance fut de notre côté : le PSG s'est imposé 3-1. Une fois installés en France mon chéri a prévu de m'offrir le maillot parisien, floqué Zlatan, notre fierté nationale en Suède. Soyez sûrs que je le porterai lors de chacune des sorties parisiennes!
